The hotel had very spacious and quiet rooms, though there was a wet, sour smell initially. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The service was excellent, always friendly, helpful, and respectful. The location was a plus point, being clean and not overly smokey, with the added benefit of the Horseshoe casino nearby. The dining experience was excellent despite some snobbish staff. Overall, a good value for money option.
